We confidentially review your contract or scope of work –
and return a clear outcome.
You’ll receive:
either confirmation that it’s good to proceed,
or a short list of items that need attention before you commit.
Know where you are
If you wish to see whether this fits your situation, you can carry out a test submission (once) free of charge.
The test submission offers a basic response and also reassures you that it would not be a waste of time if you had issues to clear up.
Pricing is outlined before you commit and after you have had chance to fit out if it works for you. You can bulk buy if you know that you need to check documents over week/weeks or months.
You are not trapped into a subscription service.
Contract review approach
Once you submit your documents , you don’t need to manage the process or frame the questions. We take responsibility for the review and work within the boundaries set by what you’ve provided.
We don’t reinterpret your commercial intent or offer legal advice. The review is focused on identifying foundation errors, clarity, gaps, and areas where interpretation risk may exist — nothing more, and nothing less.
At the end of the review, responsibility returns cleanly to you, with a clear picture of whether there is anything that needs attention before you proceed.
Confidentiality is established before anything is shared
Before your documents enter the system, you receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement from us. This ensures your information remains private and contained. We do not treat anything you share with us as public or reusable.
We use your documents only to complete your review. Our system does not retain your information beyond the review, except a unique number to identify the the documents used (not the data in the documents).
