What we mean by “review”
We take your contract or specification and read it carefully, as it stands.
We look for:
- unclear obligations
- missing terms
- inconsistent requirements
- exposure that could cost time, money, or reputation
We then return a clear result.
We tell you:
- “good to go”
- list the specific points that need attention
… before you commit.
What you receive
You receive a short, plain summary and a clear list of any points that need attention. You can use that summary to decide what to accept, what to query, and what to price differently.
This review does not block you from working with your client or supplier. It helps all parties see where a contract might be read differently, while it is still easy to clarify expectations.
Boundaries
We focus on practical decision-readiness and commercial clarity, not legal theory.
We do not provide legal advice or act as your solicitor. However, we do look for gaps and ambiguities that could undermine your position or the value that you obtain from this contract/scope of work.
